LiveSafe

Home Safety Assessment and Modifications

How it works

Step 1: Reach out

Start by submitting your information below and a member of our team will reach out to learn more about how LiveSafe and our In Home Safety Assessment program can help you and/or your loved one.

Step 2: Schedule

Once your information is compiled, we will schedule an in person walkthrough of the home. During this time a LiveSafe team member will be assessing any and all potential risk for fall, injury, accessibility and a plethora of other key factors that contribute to a senior person living independently with minimal risk of injury.

Step 3: Review

Finally, our team will compile all of the information we have learned about you and your family with the data gathering during the assessment period and provide a comprehensive safety assessment review.
