How it Works

Get Started

The first step is easy—fill out our vendor application form, and one of our representatives will contact you to begin the onboarding process.

Onboarding and Credentialing

In order to pick up any rides with CareCar, we require NEMT Providers provide us with information about your company, vehicles, and drivers. This information will be collected in stages throughout onboarding. CareCar insurance requirements are as follows: $1M CGL per occurrence, minimum $1M CGL aggregate, minimum $500K auto liability insurance.

Expectations

Your dedicated Provider Manager will support you through a smooth onboarding process, helping your team get started with delivering care swiftly. They’ll work closely with you to ensure you're always up-to-date and meeting the necessary performance expectations. To continue as a valued provider in our network, we ask that you consistently achieve the following performance metrics:

100% response to task requests

90% acceptance of assigned rides

95% on time arrivals

Less than 0.5% customer complaints

Less than 0.1% provider no show rate
